Pieology is a pizza place I find different then most pizza places. What I like about it is that they have a bar were you can see them putting the toppings on your pizza as you tell them what you want. I got sauce, cheese, and bacon on my pizza.

But I didn’t like that Instead of making their own GF pizza crust, they buy the pizza crust, so it’s not as fresh. Also the bottom of my crust was a little brunt and they put much toppings and cheese on it. So I was a little disappointed.
